i had to google creminis so obviously i am no help! the results made it worse, since i have a pathalogical fear of mushrooms. [shiver.]

Mushroom soup. Mmmmm. I have a recipe. I'll email it to you.
Also, swiss cheese and mushroom pie. I'll get you that one, too.

I'd never heard of them either but I see from the combox they are mushrooms in which case I cannot help you.
You know bumper befriended a mushroom one day and it went everywhere with her for weeks (shhhh I kept replacing it every day or so but damn she loved that mushroom(s)).So my suggestion is Christmas presents!
Tortellini with cremini cream sauce is popular here. Chop some shallots in and saute them too.Email me if you'd like the recipe.
I had no idea what they were either. But agree, Pasta with mushroom sauce...mmmhmmm.Or bacon & mushrooms, in sauce. yummo!
