There are a few things more magical than staring at the surface of the tree-sky reflecting pond, watching a beaver streak by underwater.
A few things more magical....
but not many.

Perhaps you can feed your son's leftover brussels sprouts to your beaver friend.
Looking forward to the beaver shots. We have them too. I have learned that if you make a splash in the water, the beaver will come to investigate and you can get some good shots that way.

We've had midnight visits from the deer intent on eating my cedar hedge. All I ever see is tracks and droppings.
