We have the super-duper model couch. Not only the bright colours, but the optional large brown throw pillow, as well.
R is recouping from a brush with almost-ickiness (fever and whoopsy-feeling tum) and whatever helps her sleep today is a good thing. Jasper would have been given a Hail Mary pass this time, but apparently I'm fiercer than I thought - I shot this photo and he tromped all over R to get down, shame-faced and wagging his fool tail all the while.
I'm sure if she sleeps again he'll scoot up there. Just to keep her company, you know.

That's adorable. And nothing says recuperate like having your mouth close to the mouth that eats turds and dead things. Nice doggie.
Great photo, poor kiddo though!
Why is it when my kid gets like that, he's bouncing off the walls? Just sleep, already!
Hope she's feeling better and boucing off your walls soon.
That sweet child and her fool dog make an adorable couple!
Sorry to hear about the sick kiddo. Great dog. My dogs do that with our son. Especially the crawling off shame faced. LOL
I was going to say something about how sweet that is, but then I saw Witchypoo's comment and, after I almost wet myself from laughing, completely forgot what my original thought was.
My kids would so rather you as their mother. You let the dog on the couch!
That optional brown throw pillow comes with built in hot water bottle though...hope she's better soon.
Is jasper a Chocolate Lab? Beautiful doggy! Hope your youngster is better very soon.
oh what a darling, poor thing.
Chocolate labs are the best! When ours was maybe 3 months old, our daughter got the flu and stayed in bed for days. Now, our puppy Ria wasn't allowed into the bedrooms because she was nowhere near potty trained but she kept crying to go upstairs. I finally let her and she scampered directly to my daughter's bed and immediately started licking the poor sick girl's face. She KNEW something was wrong and needed to help!
Hope your little Rosey's doing better. I bet Jasper's helping.
