more innocuous plastic crap

Hi! I'm a pretty pony.

A pretty, pretty, pretty pony. See my curly hair? My big eyes? Aren't I cute?
Don't you want to play with me?

This is my little bed. Isn't it pretty?

I fit so nicely in my nice little bed, like a good little pretty pony.

I'm such a pretty little pony, until you turn the light out.....

and my butt glows fire red and I become the PONY HARBINGER OF DOOOOOMMMMMMM.

(snort. Happy Meal, my ass. No wonder she can't fall asleep tonight.)

That made me think "lascivious pony wh*re from red light district" rather than evil harbinger of doom. I guess it's all about the way your mind works.

LMAO! What utter junk to put in a meal! Did your daughter like it though?

I was just about to repeat my prayer of thanks that I have boys not girls when I remembered the Test Tube Aliens which I spent a good part of Christmas day helping to hatch, feeding with Sloog (!) and watching while their hearts flashed to make sure they were thriving. Said aliens are now flashing in distress because my boys have decided to "kill them and see what happens". My Little Satanic Acolyte suddenly seems wholesome by comparison!

I'm really hoping we don't get that tat over here. Thanks for the heads-up, I'll try and avoid that establishment while they are promoting which dreadful movie that relates to.

I often think how ironic some toys are. My niece got a bratz for Christmas and that doll looks like a streetwalker. It made me feel old to feel such disaproval.

This is a very funny post!

OK, now *I'm* afraid to go to sleep. My girls have lots of those evil ponies and who knows what they get up to at night when we're all asleep.

That cracks me up! And also makes me glad we have a boy now and are just getting those transformer thingies. At least they are suppose to look evil.

And now I do not need to cruise the 'sphere to find something hilarious because YOU WIN! Grrrrrr... I always knew those pretty ponies were the tools of Satan. Why am I growling? I don't know either.

you moms with girls, you are so spoiled! :) the boys' toys are always freaky... even with the lights on! that pony was pretty weird, though. let's start a campaign to see if mcd's will start putting educational wooden toys in their happy meals. what do you think?
