I live in Modesto, and the Dennys he did this at was just downtown, a hop, skip, and a jump away. Fortunately, I never dine at Dennys. It takes all kinds.
OMG what next. We dined in a Club, where a kitchen worker had run amok, & hacked one of the staff to death out in the dining room, in front of the diners- not while we were present. We only learned of this later...
I love the last line of that article "The Denny's closed for the night." You think that was necessary? Really? After a man tried to dismember himself?! Augh.
