does NOT mean you can scream in my ear
and expect the entire office to jump through hoops
so you can get your way (again.)

I hate it when people thing that being older entitles them to forget the rules of polite society. You go, girl!
Ah, that's horrible!
There is never an excuse for behavior like that when dealing with anyone!
And instead of hanging up, may I suggest simply setting the phone down and walking away.

I use it with telemarketers, wrong numbers who call more than twice in a row, and anyone who has ever screamed at me on the phone. I just set the phone down. Don't hang it up for a long time.
It could possibly cause a stroke or heart attack in the elderly.
