Sarge mocked me for watching it and told me he'd only stay long enough to eat with me (what? sometimes we eat on the couch) but wound up staying for the whole thing. We felt like kids again.Lindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11613907883139565991noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10716440.post-26241176828620956212008-09-18T09:31:00.000-03:002008-09-18T09:31:00.000-03:00I can watch Breakfast Club, 16 Candles, Ferris Bue...I can watch Breakfast Club, 16 Candles, Ferris Bueller, and ST Elmo's Fire over and over. Yeah, they are funny to watch now, but I remember how I used to think they were great, or the funniest thing I ever saw. Now if I sit and watch one, it will only be to watch one particular scene.

Back to the Future. There was a decent '80s movie. :)Dave Q.https://www.blogger.com/profile/03052578556739159275noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10716440.post-84960757882037818042008-09-14T23:59:00.000-03:002008-09-14T23:59:00.000-03:00Nothing at all like those shoulder pads. I thought he was the best actor in the world, and Molly Ringwald the best actress, and that was the BEST movie. Better even than 16 Candles (1984).

I was so deluded.

16 Candles was MUCH better.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10716440.post-61804085559499030832008-09-14T20:19:00.000-03:002008-09-14T20:19:00.000-03:00Hahahaha. A clash of budding style and synthasizer music set in with wanna be rebels feeding off the success of earlier revolutions.

Personally, the only movie from the 80s that I can watch repeatedly is The Breakfast Club... or A Christmas Story (in the winter).Suehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03808321718135225905noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10716440.post-7181332512859420022008-09-14T19:17:00.000-03:002008-09-14T19:17:00.000-03:00Ugh, the 80's.
